Comprised of skilled, innovative industry professionals with a vast array of experience, Evolve Creative Group includes a seasoned team of Web Designers, Web Developers, Graphic Designers and SEO/Social Media Specialists offering a full suite of web design and online marketing solutions for your business.
Founded in February 2009, and proud to be a BBB Accredited Business, Evolve Creative Group is devoted to best-in-class web site design and development. Led by founder Todd Bertsch, Evolve brings award-winning web design and usability expertise to every project.
Todd Bertsch - Owner/President
Todd Bertsch is a leader in the web design industry with over 17 years experience in web design/development. Todd is also an award-winning web designer, author, educator, lecturer, and part-time graphic design teacher at The University of Akron, Myers School of Art. Todd holds a BFA from The University of Akron and speaks regularly throughout the region on various web related topics. His graphic design experience coupled with his web/user experience and marketing strategies is what helps separate him and Evolve from others in the web industry.

Dave Crader comes to Evolve from a Forrester top 20 Search Specialist agency for enterprise level SEO, where he held the position of Search Engine Optimization Specialist. Crader has worked with both Fortune 500 companies and small-to-mid-size businesses, and has optimized hundreds of pages throughout his career. He is also a graduate from Kent State University with a degree in Advertising and minor in Marketing.
Crader prides himself on being a white hat SEO marketer. He has a keen interest for viral marketing tactics and has recently become enthralled with infographic designs. When he isn't reading about SEO and social media marketing (lots to keep up with!) he enjoys playing racquetball at the gym. He's also a talented cook who believes bacon can make just about any meal taste better.

Derrick Boyd, like Evolve President, Todd Bertsch, is a proud alumnus of The University of Akron's Myers School of Art and will serve as a Mid-Level Designer for the firm. Derrick's resume boasts over five years of experience including work for professional sports teams and local start-up companies.
Derrick has a love for clean design and possesses a sharp attention to detail. When he isn't working on your next big project, Derrick is probably spending time with family or killing zombies in Call of Duty with his friends.

Kiersten Bonifant comes to Evolve from Ohio University with a degree in Interactive Multimedia and a specialization in Retail Merchandising. While Kiersten designs primarily for the web, she has a soft spot for print design. Evolve's fresh, innovative designs and diverse client mix brought her all the way from her small hometown of Strasburg, OH.
The self-proclaimed "Evolvinista" enjoys creativity in all forms, from making jewelry to sewing clothing. She also enjoys reading, shopping & tracking down the latest music trends to occupy her free time.

Mike D'Agruma comes to Evolve from Knotice, an Akron-based data management, actionable analytics and digital messaging company, where he served as a content specialist responsible for designing and building desktop and mobile emails, landing pages and microsites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery and other programming languages; and creating high-quality graphics, animations and written content. Evolve will leverage this varied skillset to continue to provide unique Web solutions for its clients.
Though a passionate designer and developer, D'Agruma is also an award-winning writer and an accomplished artist and musician. In addition to pursuing these interests during his personal time, he continually finds ways to bring these skills into the workplace when developing unique content.
