Summit Metro Parks holds inaugural events, or sprees, which attract users of all ages to get out and be active. Evolve created a unique, responsive microsite for each of these sprees, which allowed users to sign up for the event on any device.
To drive users to each of the spree microsites, we worked with Summit Metro Parks to develop online marketing initiatives and funnel relevant traffic to these responsive microsites, where potential participants could sign up for the events. We wanted to reach people who were already on the web and have a history of being active, as evidenced by web activity (5Ks, other races, running sites, etc.).
Each microsite is unique to a particular spree and has a friendly, inviting tone, which is enhanced by its own bright color palette and large hero images. These microsites boast modern design concepts, solid UI/UX principles, and custom, interactive elements that provide the user with multiple points of access to the signup forms, as well as information on each event itself.
As a result of our efforts, Summit Metro Parks was able to provide participants with responsive, educational microsites specific to each spree, while directing the user to the sign up forms and increasing conversions for each spree.
