Our partners at Akron Community Foundation (ACF) needed a fresh look for three End of Year E-Blasts to start the conversation about year-end giving and drive year-end conversions. Having worked with the ACF team on several marketing campaigns over the past few years, we were familiar with ACF branding and the goals of this campaign.
Our strategy consisted of creating three eblasts that would be focused on a single message, with multiple conversion points. To achieve this we used large infographic-like images, that would enage the user above the fold. We then integrated other visual elements to keep the user engaged throughout the entire eblast. Bold calls-to-action helped drive many conversions.
By created tracking links for each email, we were able to track conversions in Google Analytics. After the emails were sent, reporting showed that each of the three E-Blasts was successful, garnering 24 conversions total – compared to only 2 conversions from last year’s sends. Investing in a well thought-out strategy and engaging creative can result in a successful campaign!
