Akron METRO needed a complete overhaul of our website. As we are a service organization, it's important our site not only looks and works well, but provides good information, too.
We found Evolve Creative Group through their Twitter profile. And what a find they turned out to be! Evolve proposed a web solution that was unique to METRO's needs, well thought out and easy on the eyes, too! They did their homework and it showed.
Todd Bertsch and his team understand good web design practices from start to finish. Evolve's organization, timeliness and project management excellence helped keep multiple teams up-to-date on this very large project. Evolve conducted multiple usability sessions with METRO passengers to make sure our new site would be easy to navigate and useful for riders. That is no small task given the volume of information our riders need to get where they're going.
The resulting website is gorgeous and straight-forward and perfectly matched with the social media and email marketing customization Evolve created for us.
We're not sure who's luckier: the METRO staff who got to work with such a fun, creative and passionate group of professionals or the riders who get to visit our new website every day!
